By purchasing tickets or registering for an event, you ("the participant") agree to these terms and conditions:

Event Registration & Ticketing:
- All ticket purchases are binding and non-refundable, except as specified under the Refund Policy.
- Participants must ensure their details are correct upon booking. We are not responsible for errors in the booking information provided by the participant.
Event Participation:
- Participants must arrive at the event location at the designated time. Late arrivals may miss part or all of the event, and no refunds will be issued.

- By registering for an event, you agree that we may collect and store your personal data as necessary for event administration. We respect your privacy and will not share your details with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
Code of Conduct:
- We expect all participants to behave respectfully and professionally during our events. Any participant who engages in discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave the event without refund.
Photographs and Video:
- We may take photographs and video footage at events for promotional purposes. By attending an event, you consent to being photographed or filmed and agree that such materials may be used for marketing purposes without compensation.
