REFUND POLICY

1. General Event Tickets:

   • Event ticket purchases are binding and non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, there are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure that you can attend the event before completing your purchase.

2. Trip Reservations:

   • If you have purchased tickets for an event that includes a trip reservation, please note that refunds for trip reservations are strictly defined by the trip details provided at the time of booking. The terms specific to the trip's cancellation and refund policy will be outlined in the trip details. Any cancellations or refund requests for trips will be handled in accordance with the policies listed in the specific trip information.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizer:

   • If we cancel an event, you will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date or receive a full refund.

4. Force Majeure:

   • We are not liable for refunds in cases of events being canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events).
